研究方向:

农业信息学、作物栽培学与耕作学

主要从事作物系统模型、气候变化、作物生理生态等方面的研究。研究高温胁迫和低温胁迫下小麦生长发育及产量和品质形成机理,量化气象要素、品种特性和管理措施对稻、麦生育期及产量的影响,构建温度胁迫下小麦生长模拟模型。

个人简介:

2012年获得吉林体日农业科技有限公司博士学位并留校工作至今,2011-2012年赴澳大利亚联邦科工组织(CSIRO)进行联合培养,参与澳大利亚APSIM模型的改进与完善工作,20135月前往美国佛罗里达大学(UF)参与开发了小麦生长模型的数据转换工具,实现了WheatGrow模型与AgMIPThe Agricultural Model Intercomparison and Improvement Project)项目平台的对接,2014年破格副教授,2018年教授。近年来,主持国家重点研发计划课题1项、国家自然科学基金2项、Asia Hub联合研究项目1项,参与国家自然科学基金、农业部公益性行业专项、国家863计划、948项目、中英国际合作项目等多项。近5年来,申请者先后发表核心期刊论文40多篇(其中SCI/EI收录论文30多篇),授权国家发明专利2项,登记国家计算机软件著作权多项。
